As a building services project engineer, you and your colleagues will be responsible for the future-oriented, architectural and technical design of buildings with emphasis on functional and people-oriented architecture.

Role

  • You participate in the design of technical installations (electricity, HVAC, security, sanitary facilities, lifts, sprinklers, etc.) in buildings (administrative buildings, the care sector (residential care centres, assisted living facilities, hospitals), educational buildings, sports infrastructure, residential buildings, libraries, car parks, (semi-)industrial buildings, service centres, distribution, retail, etc.).
  • You are involved in the implementation of concepts and the development of tender and implementation files and you help to follow up the works in progress.
  • You work in a multidisciplinary team (architects, stability engineers, site coordinators, etc.).

Profile

  • Bachelor or master degree in a technical field (electromechanics, electrical engineering, energy technology, construction engineering, etc.)
  • You are creative, driven and critical
  • You are a communicative team player
  • You are eager to learn and inventive
  • You have knowledge of drawing and calculation software and MS Office applications
